We source materials from trusted suppliers who meet our standards for quality and consistency. When necessary, we work directly with producers to develop materials specifically for our needs. The goal is always the same: materials that perform well and age beautifully.
At this time we do not offer reservations or pre-orders. Our inventory is sold on a first-come basis. However, you can sign up for restock notifications or reach out to us with special requests, and we’ll do our best to help
Yes. Reins gift cards are available in-store and online. They never expire and can be used on any product, including hats, boots, accessories, and furniture.

If your item doesn't fit, you can return it within 7 days of delivery as long as it is in unworn, original condition with all packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange, and we will help you find the right size.
It depends on the product and the maker. Some styles are available in half sizes or wider widths, while others are produced in more limited sizing.

Yes, most leather boots will stretch slightly with wear, especially across the instep and width. The fit should feel snug at first, but not painful. Over time, the leather will soften and mold to your foot.

We provide size charts and measurements for each product. To find your fit, measure your body or an existing garment and compare it to our size chart. We also do our best to include model sizing details whenever possible, so you can better understand how each piece fits in real life.

After each wear, wipe metal accessories with a soft cloth to remove oils and dirt. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage finishes. For silver or brass, use a polishing cloth or mild metal cleaner if you want to restore shine, but allow a natural patina to develop if you prefer an aged look. Store metal items in a dry place to minimize tarnish.
Always check the garment’s care label for specific instructions. Generally, wash clothing in cold water on a gentle cycle and use mild detergent to preserve fibers and colors. Turn items inside out before washing to protect surface details, and avoid high heat when drying; instead, hang or lay flat to dry. If ironing or steaming is needed, use the appropriate low heat setting for the fabric.
Clean leather goods gently with a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and dirt. Condition the leather periodically with a high‑quality leather conditioner to maintain its suppleness. Avoid soaking leather in water or exposing it to extreme heat, and store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If an item gets wet, let it air dry naturally and recondition it afterwards.

Yes. All Reins furniture is produced in-house. This allows us full control over materials, construction, and finish. Each piece is built with durability and longevity in mind, ensuring it meets the same standards as everything else we offer.
We are highly selective about who we work with. Vendors are chosen based on craftsmanship, reliability, and shared values. If a partner cannot meet our standards, we do not carry the product. In some cases, we choose to produce items ourselves rather than compromise on quality.
Many Reins products involve handcrafted processes, particularly in leather, metalwork, and furniture. While not every item is fully handmade, every product is thoughtfully constructed with attention to detail and finish.
Every Reins product is the result of careful selection and hands-on involvement. We work closely with skilled makers and workshops, and when the right product doesn’t exist, we develop it ourselves. Quality, function, and longevity guide every decision.

To start a return or report an issue, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Reach us at (505) 690‑3834 or via our contact form, and include your order number and details about the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps and issue a return authorization if applicable.
At this time, all in store purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Online orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at (505) 690‑3834 or via our contact form with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to repair or replace the item, or, if that's not possible, issue a refund.
Due to hygiene and sizing considerations, cowboy hats and boots are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
